PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (only 1 time reschedule allowed) (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital files or prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
REMAINING BALANCE: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot.
TURN AROUND: Up to 10 days after session, you will receive a link to gallery with proofs, where you choose your most favorite images, that will be further edited. 3 weeks from the date you choose your images, you will be able to download them, fully edited with my style of photography and in a high resolution file.
PROOFS are not for sale and not for sharing on social media!!!
I edit according to my style and vision. Any requests in changes are subject to $75 fee.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of The Butterfly Photography. Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Clients agrees that he/she may not use any of The Butterfly Photography images for commercial or editorial purposes.
MODEL RELEASE: This contract serves as a model release giving the Photographer the irrevocable right to use the Photographs in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. The Photographer can grant use of the images to third parties and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain the property of The Butterfly Photography. Client waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. This release is binding on the Client, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.
